Modules to contract: Octopus Guest, Octopus Business.
Through this module you can observe and import all the information collected by each Location or Location Group, whether it is the average time, data and devices that customers have used in each Location or Location Group. By accessing through Advanced Analytics > Top Locations this section can be displayed in order (10/20/50) by applying different criteria.
Criterion 1 - Use:
Device Average: Indicates the average number of connected devices in each Location.
Daily download traffic: Indicates the total daily traffic downloaded by each Location.
Daily upload traffic: Indicates the total daily traffic uploaded by each Location.
Average daily session time: Indicates the time the clients have been connected to the service.
Criterion 2 - Visits:
Average visits: Indicates the average number of total visits per Location
Sex/gender: The average gender of the associated clients in each Location is shown.
Age range / Select one: Indicates the age range of the clients who have connected to the service.
Language / select one: The average of the languages used by the associated clients in each Location is displayed.
In the upper right corner there are 3 default options, 7, 14 and 30 days. All these data are exportable in an excel file or accessible through API REST
