Operations

Context selector

Selector to choose the location for which you want to display the contacts, or you can select groups of locations:

 

Date selector

Allows to select the dates on which we want to observe the data and statistics. There is the possibility of quick selectors for the last 7 days, 14 days or 30 days; or in a customized way, selecting the start and end date.

 

Export Data

The data can be exported in excel format by pressing the export button. There is another way to export this data through REST API.

 

Show User

There is an option to display the data for each specific client, by clicking on the eye, a new window will open showing all the general data and other more specific data such as:

  • Registration: The type of access by which the client has registered

  • Last update: Date of the last time the client has updated his profile data.

  • Last connection: Date of the last time the client was connected to the Wifi service.

  • Duration: The time the client has been connected to the Wifi service.

  • Download: Amount of data downloaded by the client.

  • Upload: Amount of data uploaded by the client

  • Visits: The number of times the client has reconnected to the Wifi service.

  • Devices: The number of devices the user has connected to the Wifi service.

  • Traceability: Client's data indicating all the Wifi tasks that the client has been connected to.

  • Notifications: Number of times the client has accepted to receive notifications.

  • Consents: History of the permissions the client has accepted.

Search filtering

You can filter the search in the list of registered users by the following criteria: Email, login, registration date, date of birth, date of last connection, language, visits, notifications, locations, devices, check notifications, check likes, check third parties, check location, audiences, name, surname or ID CARD/Passport.

 

Information and contents

The content of each column is:

  • Email: e-mail único

  • Access or Favorite Method: Método de acceso más usado, si hay similitud entre varios métodos, se mostrará el último con el que se haya registrado el usuario.

  • Registration: Fecha en la que se logo el usuario en el servicio por primera vez.

  • Visits: Número de días distintos en los que el usuario se ha validado en cualquier Localización de la organización.

  • Last connection: Fecha de la última conexión del usuario.

  • Language: Idioma con el que se validó el usuario en el portal cautivo. Los distintos idiomas se tienen que activar en la edición de Portales Cautivos.

  • Notifications: Número de veces que el cliente ha aceptado recibir notificaciones.

  • Locations: Número de Localizaciones dentro del organización o grupo de Localizaciones en las que el usuario se ha conectado.

  • Devices: Número de dispositivos con el que el usuario se ha registrado.
