Modules to contract: Octopus Guest, Octopus Business.

Unlike the users registered in basic statistics, the contact data are found at Organization level through all the information obtained by all Locations, they will come with information that can be exported and that to access just go to Advanced Analytics > Contacts and it will be displayed:

  • Unique identifier or e-mail.

  • Favorite Method: Most used access method, if there is similarity between several methods, the last method with which the user has registered will be shown..

  • Visits: Number of different days in which the user has been validated in any Location of the Organization.

  • Connections: Number of connections made in any Location.

  • Locations: Number of Locations within the Organization or group of Locations in which the user has connected.

  • Devices: Number of devices with which the user has registered.


There is an option to display the data for each specific client, by clicking on the icon 

a new window will open showing all the general data and other more specific data such as:

  • Registration: The type of access by which the client has registered

  • Last update: Date of the last time the client has updated his profile data.

  • Last connection: Date of the last time the client was connected to the Wifi service.

  • Duration: The time the client has been connected to the Wifi service.

  • Download: Amount of data downloaded by the client.

  • Upload: Amount of data uploaded by the client

  • Visits: The number of times the client has reconnected to the Wifi service.

  • Devices: The number of devices the user has connected to the Wifi service.

  • Traceability: Client's data indicating all the Wifi tasks that the client has been connected to.

  • Notifications: Number of times the client has accepted to receive notifications.

  • Consents: History of the permissions the client has accepted.
