This section allows you to configure the content of the Mail campaigns. Thanks to the editor, it is possible to configure the content of the mails, getting adapted to any kind of device. It has many components that can be edited to suit the client. It has many components that allow you to customize styles, images, buttons, surveys, legal consent management, ...

List Template Mail

For an easy administration it is possible to see the list of templates created, being able to filter by the conten of the differents columns.

The content of each column is: 

  • Name: Identifying text field of each template.

  • Owner: Defines the permissions with which the campaign can be viewed.

  • Associated campaigns: Number that indicates the number of campaigns that are associatied to the template.

Add or edit Template Mail

It is possible to create a new Template by clicking on the buttom

 or in the ones already created clicking on the edit buttom

Within the Template configuration there are different customisation options.

  • Name: Identifying text field of each template.

  • Owner: It establishes the Organizacion, Group of locations or location that will be associated to the template, this Template will be able to be modified by the users who have access to the associated component.

Advise

When creating or editing your template. Click on the buttom "Full screen" for an optimal user experience.

Bellow it describes the differents possibilities.

  • Previsualize buttom format PC, Tablet and Mobile: It allows you to visualize how the template would look like once configured in the different formats, whether PC, Tablet or Mobile.

  • Full screen buttom: It allows you to visualize the template in full screen for a comfortable configuration.

  • Visualize code buttom: It shows the generated source code in both HTML and MJML. In case you want to export the code to reuse it on any other platform, you will simply need to copy it.

  • Import code buttom: Allows you to import a html code directly generated from external professional tools, providing greater customisation. All multimedia contents must be external references.

  • Undo and redo buttons: They have the function of both undoing and redoing any changes made recently to the template.


Side Toolbar

Components: You can add a series of components to the template by selecting the icon 

, such as sections, text areas, links, images, social network buttons, survey, legal consent management, etc.


  • Components for adding new sections with different columns, as well as divider bars and spaces.

  • Text areas, images and buttons to configure hyperlinks . 

  • Bar with references to social networks and the possibility of editing each element.

  • Allow you to add menus and differents links.

  • Allows you to add the management of legal consents.

  • Component to link a survey, which can be selected in the campaign that the template is selected.


Component styles: By clicking on the icon 

a multitude of editable elements appear depending on each component, such as sizes, styles, colors, fonts, ...




Components confirguration:

It allows to configure some of the parameters of any component selected on the template, like IDs, links, etc.
