Organizations

The same partner can have several organizations that will be associated with Clients/Projects. Each organization can be configured independently and different topologies can be defined, as well as all their associated elements. Each organization has a license associated with it, which determines the available Octopus Platform modules, as well as the volume of associated Access Points or rooms.

In the Platform Administration section you can view the information of all the organizations.

Organization List

The content of each column is:

• Name: Identifying name.

• Partner: Partner or owner integrator.

• Project: Project associated at the administration level to which the organization belongs.

• Distribution partner: Intermediary of the commercial operation.

• Locations: Number of locations associated to the project.

• Creation: Creation date.

• Lincense status: License status of the organization and in case of being "in use", expiration date.

Operaciones individuales

• Visualizar licencia: Pulsando el icono, se puede ver información de la licencia de la organización:

  • Máximo número de APs disponibles.

  • Máximo número de habitaciones disponibles para la organización

  • Estado de la licencia

  • Fecha de inicio de licencia

  • Fecha de fin de licencia

  • Módulos contratados para la organización

  • Actividad: Actualizaciones y cambios de estados asociados a la licencia.

• Visualizar datos de la organización: Pulsando el icono, se puede ver información de la organización:

  • Nombre de la organización

  • Descripción

  • Partner al que pertenece la organización

  • Localizaciones asociadas a la organización
