Functionality found in the Accessos > User Accounts submenu designed to issue local accounts predefined in the access method settings under Localization > Access Methods. Depending on the configuration several sessions for account issuance will appear. Below you can see the steps for the generation of a local user account.
Local account creation
To create a local account, the following fields must be filled in:
User/email: Email of the user.
Password: Provisional password. When the user logs in for the first time he/she will have to change it.
User information: If configured in access methods, the user will be registered on the platform with the data entered in this section.
Issued accounts
It is located in the submenu Accesses > User accounts > Issued accounts, you can see the list of accounts created and also perform operations on the accounts.
The content of each column is:
Username: User account email.
Service name: It will appear with the name we have assigned it in the access method settings.
Status: It defines the status of the account (active, inactive or expired)
Creation: Creation account date.
Connections: Connections of the account
Individual operations:
Register: There it is possible to see the user's registration information.
Reset Password: It is possible to reset the password of the accounts.
Change Expiration: It is possible to change the account expiration date.
Send credentials: It is possible to send the credentials by: Printing the account, sending the credentials via email or via SMS.
Cancel: Delete the content of the database.
It is possible to filter the list by User, Service, Name, Status, Connections and Creation Date fields.
