1- License Request
To request fo a license it is necessary to have already created a Location in the platform. Once it is done, contact with your distributor to generate the license.

Number of years of contract (from 1 to 5)
Form of payment (monthly/annual)
Nº APs of nº of rooms in case of sector "hospitality"

2- License Activation
After request the license. There will be a PDF with the Location data and the type of license for this one, with a code which will serve as a trigger.
To start it, go to Location > Locations and click on the button License on the Location you want to apply it.
Finally, add the License Number and click on Send Key.
3- License managment
3.1 Listing
From the Wifi platform it is possible to visualize the status of the license and the license end date. For that access to Location > Location and click on the loup bottum. Then select the filter LICENSE STATUS and choose one of the options.
It is also possible to filter based on the License end date to visualize more quickly the Licenses that will end in a certain period of time:
3.2 License status
For easy interpretation, the platform classifies the licenses in the following states:
Pending Provision: Created license. pending to be introduce on the platform.
Pending Start: Provisioned License. in the case of select automatic valid period, it would be pending the connection of 5 devices (MAC's) to the system.
In Use: The license is being used, then the contract period is in force.
Access denied: Access denied to the system. Usually is a forced state.
Contract finalized: The contract has finalized and the service stop working.
Once the license has been provisioned, care must be taken when performing laboratory tests as the license starts counting once there are 5 connections in the Location.
4- End of license notifications
When the expiration date of the contrat is soon, there will be notifications depending on the remaining days:
First warning: 1 month before the end of the contract.
Second warning: 15 days before the end of the contract.
Third warning: 7 days before the end of the contract.
Fourth warning: 1 day before the end of the contract.
Fifth warning: end of the contract with cut-off.
Sixth warning: Day after, reminder of possible renewal.
5- Contract renewal
