Creation and configuration of PayPal account for Wifi service
This document will detail the necessary steps for the creation and configuration of a Paypal account to receive payments made by customers of the Internet service.
Paypal account creation
A Business Standard account must be created, so it accepts the customers payment who are registered in paypal and it the payment with credit card without having a paypal account.
If you already have a verified Business account, you can skip to step 2 of this document.
The creation of a Paypal account is a simple process and is documented on their own website www.paypal.com. The steps would be the following:
Register a new client. Access to Paypal main page https://www.paypal.com and select the option Sing Up (Create account). On the next page select the country and then choose the option Open Paypal account for companies.
Enter the email address to which the paypal account will be related.
A wizard will then appear to fill in the company and account holder information.
Once the registration is completed you will receive an e-mail that will ask to confirm the address. Once this step is done, access to PayPal page where you can see your account. The Business account allows advanced payment options, but first it is necessary to verify the account. Click on "Get verification"
Once the account is registered, the next step is to associate a bank account to your Paypal account, so the money stored in Paypal can be transferred to a bank account. "My Account> Profile > Financial Information > Credit / Debit Cards"
To complete the association with the bank account, Paypal will make a couple of movements on the bank account of a few cents. To verify that the bank account belongs to you, a exact amount of these movements must be filled. In this way the account will be verified, and ready to be used.

Paypal account configuration for WiFi usage
To configure the Paypal account in the Wifi platform, the only necessary data is the email of your Paypal account. That will identify the Business account to which the payments of the customers will be redirected.
Additionally, it is necessary to configure a few parameters in the account to guarantee the correct operation of the payment process. The configuration that will be detailed below must be done by the client company, because the client is the only one who will have access to the management pages of the Paypal account.
To access to Paypal configuration options enter the email and password on the main page, then access to the option My Account > Profile.
Account information
Company data and the bank accounts to which the account will be associated must be configured (see section 1).
Financial Information
In this section, the registered bank account (s) must be set up to transfer your economic income (see section 1).
Selling Preferences
To configure this options, access to “My Account > Overview > Selling Preferences”
If you decide to allow the credit card payment option, access to “Website Payment Preferences” and configured the following parameters:
Automatic rewind for standard payment. Disabled
Payment data transfer. Disabled.
Coded standard payment. Disabled.
Optional Paypal account. Enabled.
Contact phone number. Disabled.
Express payment configuration. No.
The pages of the payment process and the messages sent to the client can be customised in the sections Custom Payment Pages and Customer Service Message.
On “My Account > Selling Preferences > Instant Payment Notification Preferences” is possible to configure the reception of notifications through email in certain events in the account.
In the Payment Receiving Preferences section, name for the credit card statement. You have to leave the options by default and change in the last two fields of the name (normal and extended) for the credit card statement, the name of the company / business.
