Campaigns
Available with the module Octopus Business, in addition to Octopus Guest
Within Analytics > Marketin, it is possible to view all the statistics referring to the advertising campaigns configured, both Portal and Mail/SMS:

Context Selector
Selector to choose the location for which you want to view the campaign report, or you can select groups of locations or groups of WLANs to view aggregated statistics. To change the selector click on the location logo in the upper left corner of the section:

Export data
The data can be exported in excel format by clicking on the export button. There is another way to export this data through REST API.
Portal campaigns report
In the Portal section, can be cheked the impressions and hits that have occurred in each campaign for the selected date range, as well as the campaign that has received more views and more hits.
Below is an example of the statistics that can be displayed in this section:
Hits:Â number of accesses to the page to which the image of the campaign is redirected. It indicates the times that users have clicked on the image of the campaign and have been redirected to the web page configured.
Impressions:Â number of times the campaign has been viewed.
You can filter the search by the type of campaign activation: before login or after login.
Mail / SMSÂ camaign report
In the MAIL / SMS section, you can display the deliveliers and successes that have occurred in each campaign for the selected date range, as well as the campaign that has received the most deliveries and successes.Â
Bellow there is an example of the estatistics that can be visualize in the campaigns reports.
Deliveries: Number of times that a campaign has been activated.
Success: Number of times that the mail or SMS has been read by its recipient. It will only be counted once per email or mobile number.
The search can be filtered by type of campaign action: user birthday, user registration date, loyalty, reminder or survey rating.
Digital content
In this section you can see the print statistics of the configured digital contents. If you have several contents configured you can see comparisons of which have had more impressions.
You can also display the data in a date range and export the data.
