Top Contacts

Available with the module Octopus Business, in addition to Octopus Guest

To access this information go to Advanced Analytics > Top Contacts. On the Contacts information, the top contacts data is displayed, which can be viewed and exported with different search filters.

Operations

Context selector

Selector to choose the location for which you want to view the Top contacts, or you can select groups of locations or WLAN groups to view aggregated statistics. To change the selector click on the location logo in the upper left corner of the section:

 

Date selector

Allows to select the dates on which we want to observe the data and statistics. There is the possibility of quick selectors for the last 7 days, 14 days or 30 days; or in a customized way, selecting the start and end date.

 

List of Top Contacts

  • Regulars > Most visited (on different days): Shows the number of times each user has reconnected.

  • Most Connected Locations: Shows the number of times each client has connected to different Locations.

  • Most time connected: Filter showing the time each user has been connected to the WiFi service.

  • Most devices used: Indicates the number of devices used by each user.

  • Most download traffic: Filter that shows the total data downloaded by each user.

  • More upload traffic: Filter showing the total uploaded data of each user.

There is the option of visualizing the information of an especific client, clicking on the icon 

  opens a new window which shows all the general information and other information more especific like:

  • Registraiton : The type of access for which the customer has registered

  • Last update: Date of the last time the client has updated his profile data.

  • Last connection: Date of the last time the client has been connected to the Wifi service.

  • Duration: The time the client has been connected to the Wifi service.

  • Download: Amount of data downloaded by the client.

  • Upload: Amount of data uploaded by the client

  • Visits: The number of times the customer has reconnected to the Wifi service.

  • Devices: The number of devices that the user has connected to the Wifi service.

  • Traceability: Client's data that indicates all the Wifi Tasks to which it has been connected.

  • Notifications: Number of times the client has accepted to receive notifications.

  • Consents: History of the permissions the client has accepted.



In the upper right corner there are 3 default options, 7, 14 and 30 days. All this data is exportable to an excel file or accessible via API REST.
