Functionality that allows the management of digital content with the possibility of linking them to QR codes. This new solution allows for a better interaction between the offline and online worlds and digitalizes the points of sale.

Digital Content List

 

The content of each column is:

  • Name: Text identifying the content.

  • Owner: Defines the permissions with which the configured content can be viewed.

  • URL: Hyperlink to which the content will be associated and to which the QR code will refer.

  • Impressions: Real time impressions of the content.

  • Individual operations:

    • Delete: Deletes the content of the database.

    • Clone: Clones the content and it is possible to modify the configuration and save it with another name.

    • Edit: It is possible to modify the content configuration.

Add or edit a new content

In the list screen you can create a new content by pressing the button (+) , or in a code that has already been created we press the edit button. Within the configuration it is possible to configure the following parameters:

  • Name: Text field that identifies each content.

  • Owner: Selection of Organization, Location Group or Location to which the digital content will be associated, so that it is only displayed by users who have access permission to the selected item.

  • Type of content: You can choose what type of content you want to reference:

    • PDF: It allows to select PDF files, being able to select it from our PC.

    • Images Galery: Possibility of referencing an existing image in the gallery or uploading new ones. It is possible to manage images in mobile and desktop format.

    • External URL: Possibility of referencing an external Internet URL.

    • Survey: A drop-down list of previously created surveys will be displayed.

    • WIFI: Possibility to link an automatic connection to a Wifi / WLAN network that we have configured in the platform.

 

  • QR code: Section that allows to personalize, generate and download QR codes. The different configuration parameters are:

    • Code Color: Allows you to select a custom color for the code. A dark color is recommended to be easily detected by mobile devices.

    • Background Color: Allows to select a custom color for the background. We recommend a light color to be easily detected by mobile devices.

    • Logo: It is possible to insert a logo in the center of the image.

    • Size: There are three sizes available and depending on the one selected, the downloaded image will be of a larger or smaller size.

    • Title: It is possible to insert a title at the bottom of the code.

    • Font title: Title font.

    • URL: URL by which it is redirected when clicking on the configured function.

Once the content is referenced and the customization variables are configured, it is possible to press the "Create QR Code" button and it will be displayed on the screen. Before generating it, it is necessary to save all the information.

Once generated it is possible to download it to our PC.
