Audiences

Available with the module Octopus Business, in addition to Octopus Guest

The platform allows the creation of simple or complex audiences to be added in the Portal, SMS or Mail campaigns and thus be able to make a more advanced segmentation of the customers to whom the campaign will be directed.

 

Audiences list

Listing of audiences created to facilitate administration. It is also possible to filter the list by the content of the different columns. 

The content of each column is:

  • OwnerPropietario: It defines the permissions with which the audience can be viewed.

  • Associated user: It shows the number of users who are associated with that audience.

  • Associated campaigns: How many campaigns are associated with the audience and in case of having any associated campaign, the audience cannot be deleted. 

  • Creation: Shows the creation date of each audience.

  • Individual operations:

    • Delete: Delete the audience from the database. Be careful not to lose the statistics.

    • Clone: It clones the audience and it is possible to modify the settings and save under another name.

    • Edit: Possibility of modifying the audience configuration. 

Add or edit audiences

Possibility to create a new audience by pressing the button .

Within the audience configuration there are different personalization options.

  • Name: Text field identifying each audience

  • Owner: Field in which it indicates in which Organization, Location Groups or Location the audience is associated, this audience can be modified by the users who have access permissions to the selected element

  • General data: Sections by which you can select the segmentation to be used for clients, if no filter is selected from these sections, they will be applied as if all had been selected.

    • Gender: Men or women.

    • Country: Empty field to write the desired country.

    • Language: Selection of all the languages available in the platform's portal.

    • User registration date: Range of selectable dates.

    • Registration channel: Registration channels available on the platform portal.

    • Age: Desired age range.

    • Postal code: Desired Postal Code

      • Add each of the audience's target postal codes, either in full or using the wildcard character “*” to replace with any combination of digits. Example: 403320, 40*, 40*0, *20, … (This help text is displayed when you hover your mouse over the empty field)

    • Registration with phone: Select availability or not.

    • Personal data consents: Select type of availability accepted.

Adding an audience to a campaign

A section in the campaign where you can select previously configured audiences and associate them to the campaign in question.
