Octopus Wifi v2.19 Release Notes

On July 11, 2023, Blue Octopus releases the update to Octopus Platform version 2.19. The upgrade window will be between 9:00 and 9:30 and in principle does not affect the service.

NEW FEATURES

Google Analytics v4 integration: From July 1, Google changes its API integration with Analytics, the migration from the current API to the new one provided to continue to correctly retrieve statistics on the portal.

Automatic reports sending: a new configuration section is provided within the organization that allows to activate the sending of monthly reports of the portal usage to a list of indicated mails.

BUGS FIXED

Portal tracker errors: the use of the pause button, which did not behave properly, not pausing the entry of new records in real time, has been corrected, and previews with Mikrotik devices have been corrected.

Errors users with unlicensed organizations: a blockage that occurred when entering the configuration of an organization without a previous active license was corrected, which caused the screen to block with an error and did not allow the user to continue.

Errors with MAC entries: an error has been corrected in the list of entries issued in the filter by type, which, when checked, the records disappeared and did not work. Also corrected an error that appeared when trying to create a MAC already registered previously, which did not warn the user that the MAC already existed.
